Make 0.5 cup of rice per person. How to make rice
When rice is ready, you can start. Make a miso soup by adding 1 cup of hot water to bowl with miso soup packets.
For each person, in a microwaveable bowl, add 6 pieces of fried tofu and 1/3 cup (80ml) of agedashi broth and microwave for 1 minute.
Finely chop 1/4 of a green onion * per person.
To the agedashi bowl, add cut green onion, 1/2tbsp of grated daikon, 1tsp of grated ginger, pinch of seaweed and 7-spice.
Serve the agedashi tofu with kimchi, miso soup and rice, miso soup. Enjoy!
* Your green onion is not pre-cut to maintain its fridge-life longer.
