Before you start: Put your frozen hamburger steak in your fridge the night before to thaw. Avoid placing on top of each other.
Make 0.5 cup of rice per person. Refer to this guide for cooking rice.
Take fries out from the freezer and bake them in the oven at 400F for 12 minutes or until crispy. Flip halfway.
Wash, then boil or microwave broccoli for 2.5 minutes. If microwaving, be sure to use a microwave-safe bowl.
Get a pan with lid. Fry hamburger steaks with 1 tbsp oil per steak on medium high heat for 4 minutes, then flip and add 3 tbsp of water per steak and cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes or until all water has almost evaporated. Poke a hole, if juices come out clear, it's done. Otherwise, flip, add water and cover again.
Make miso soup: Mix dry garnish pack and miso paste pack in a bowl of 1 cup hot water.
Assemble your meal: Place hamburger steak, broccoli, fries on a plate. Serve with rice, kimchi and miso soup. Pour 2tbsp hamburger sauce on top of hamburger steak. Enjoy!
Here's a tip! If your pan is big enough, you can cook it all once and store it! It's lunch-box friendly too.
