Thaw 2 pieces of fish katsu and salad dressing from freezer for 1 hour outside or in the fridge overnight.
Make 0.5 cup of rice. How to make rice. Continue when rice almost done.
In a frying pan, add 0.5cm high of oil. Heat on medium heat for 2mins.
Fry katsu for 5mins each side, until both sides browned. Turn off heat. Take out katsu.
Cut 1/2 tomato and a lemon wedge. Wash cabbage and parsley.
Serve katsu with tomato, lemon, parsley, cabbage, rice, and katsu sauce. Enjoy!
