Japchae (Korean Glass Noods)

Instructions

Japchae (Korean Glass Noods)

Before you start: The following instructions are if you're cooking everything at once. But if you ordered for more than 2 people, we recommend cooking in 2 batches (using half of all ingredients) because most pans are not big enough.

1

Boil noodles in a pot of water for 6mins or until al dente. Drain with colander.

2

In a bowl, add the drained noodles and sesame oil. Mix until noodles are fully oiled. Set aside.
