Before you start: Please eat within 3 days of receiving your meal kit.
Make 0.75 cup of rice per serving.
Cut 5 pieces of spinach into thin strips.*
For 1 serving, thinly slice 1/8 of your cucumber into thin circles. Then cut into quarters.
Optional: Fry a sunny side up egg.
Place rice in a bowl. Add spinach, a pinch(1.5tsp) of carrot, gosari, korean zucchini, white pickled radish, radish kimchi and cut cucumber.
Place your egg. Then spicy meat sauce, seaweed, 3 strips of Jeonju yellow bean jelly, 4 pine nuts, 1 ginko, and a tsp (sprinkle) of ground sesame seeds.
* Your cucumber and spinach is not pre-cut to ensure maximum freshness!
