Boil 1 roll of noodles for 5-7mins or until al dente. While it boils, move on to next step.
While noodles boil, fry 2 slices of pork from freezer until browned, peel soft boiled egg and cut cucumber into strips.
Drain, rinse noodles in colander with ice cold water until cold. If sink water not cold enough, finish with filtered water from fridge *
Place drained noodles, handful of cabbage and carrot in bowl. Stir in 3tbsp of jjolmyeon sauce. Mix. Top with cut cucumber, pork, egg, seaweed & sesame seeds.
Here's a tip! If you don't have cold water where you live, you can also freeze an ice block the night before and use that when rinsing the noodles.
