In a bowl of water, add a tsp or pinch of wakame seaweed. While it soaks, move on to next step. (It will expand in 5 mins)
Add 375ml (1 + 1/2 cups) of water to a pot. Bring to a boil.
Add 2-3tbsp of udon sauce (2tbsp for lighter, 3tbsp for stronger flavour)
Add 1 udon block from freezer and boil for 1 minute.
Thinly cut half a green onion.
Add noodles with soup to a bowl. Garnish with 3 triangles of fried tofu, cut green onions, 1 fish cake, and wakame. Enjoy!
Reheat Instructions: Please do not store cooked udon
