Remove the unagi pack from the freezer and let it thaw for a minimum of 40 minutes.

Cut open the unagi pack. Set up a baking tray with foil and spread 1 tsp of oil. Slice unagi into four pieces, arrange on tray, and broil for 7 minutes.
Finely chop half a green onion per person. *
Make miso soup: Add dry and miso paste packets in a bowl of 1 cup hot water.
Assemble your meal in a medium bowl: rice, half of the unagi, unagi sauce, green onions, seaweed. Serve with miso soup, yellow daikon, and green tea.
Here's a tip! You can use your green tea bag up to three times.
